Past, Present, and Future

Like post- or mid-collegiate adventurers, I've discovered that I want to keep a blog, to keep scattered friends abreast with my doings.  I'm not quite post-collegiate yet, but I think it will give my story a nice continuity to have at least a bit of college thrown in.  Or else I'm just too impatient with the idea of a new toy to wait until I graduate to play with it.

In case I haven't told you yet, I officially have plans for the next 15ish months.  There's the whole graduation thing in May, and then I start with:
 - An internship with Students for Life of America (SFLA) that allows me to work with 3 different pro-life groups, followed by
 - A year of service with the Vincentian Service Corps, in St. Louis, Missouri.

So, sad as I am to leave my alma mater (loved of old!) I have a future and a hope ahead of me!

Finally, it would feel odd to cut this blog completely off from my past, so I'll add the url of my LiveJournal that relates where I've been the past 2 summers.  I kept it both summers rather sporadically, so they don't have a consistent narrative or begin to get at my summers, but here is something of my past: http://socrates1209.livejournal.com/
